Does it cost anything to join?
No. 100kGems Rewards is free. Create a 100kGems account or sign in with your existing account to take part.
Where can I see my points and tier?
Your current available points, pending points, reward value and tier progress are shown in the 100kGems app when you sign in.
How do I move to a higher tier?
Tiers are based on eligible lifetime spend. Rose Gold unlocks at £2,000 and Gold unlocks at £8,000. Your account upgrades automatically when you qualify.
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire under the current rewards programme. A reward code created from your points is valid for 90 days.
What happens if I return or refund an order?
Points earned from returned, cancelled or refunded purchases may be removed and your tier progress may be adjusted.
How do birthday rewards work?
Birthday point gifts begin at Rose Gold. Add your birthday to your profile in the app before your birthday so an eligible reward can be added automatically.
