We offer free UK Delivery but fees will apply for shipping outside of UK. All delivery times are estimated from the moment 100k Gems sends your shipping confirmation email.

Refund

We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date for unused, resaleable items. Postage fees will be reimbursed if the wrong item is received. However, all custom or made-to-order items are final sale due to their personalised nature. Please review customisation details carefully before ordering. In case of manufacturing defects or errors, we’ll provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
