After your approval and deposit, we cast, set and prepare your piece. Qualifying precious-metal jewellery is independently hallmarked in Hatton Garden, London.

Finished and delivered
We polish and inspect your jewellery, then arrange tracked worldwide delivery.
What to know before you begin
Materials and stones
The builder offers 925 sterling silver with moissanite or 10K gold with VS+ lab diamonds. Ask us if you have a different material or stone in mind.
Estimate and deposit
The builder shows a starting price range and a 35% deposit estimate. Your final price and deposit are confirmed after we review your design requirements.
Independent hallmarking
Qualifying gold and sterling-silver jewellery is independently hallmarked in Hatton Garden, London. The hallmark verifies the fineness of the precious metal and gives you confidence in the metal used. Learn what a UK hallmark means.
Time and delivery
Fully custom designs generally take around four weeks to produce. Timing and delivery vary by design and destination. Worldwide shipping is tracked.
